Hlbina

Hlbina, Slovak for "the deep", is a push-your-luck fishing game in cosy pixel art. From a small fishing village you lower your hook into ever darker water, through the sunny Shallows and the Reefs, the Twilight and Midnight zones and down to the pitch-black Abyss. Deeper fish are worth more, but every fish on the line and every metre of depth adds strain. Go too far and the line snaps and the catch is lost; head up in time and everything is safe.

When a fish bites you fight it in rhythm, tapping on the green beat and never on red. Catches sell at the Market and pay to rebuild the village: a Workshop for stronger lines, rods and hooks, a Bait Shop, a Weather Station, a Lighthouse that opens the deepest zones, a Tavern with tips and quests, and an Aquarium for trophies. Weather, time of day and the moon change what bites where, and there are legendary creatures to hunt, a second spot in a flooded nuclear lake and an Endless Deep mode. Progress saves automatically.
